Mohi Andrabi is Chief Technology Officer of PASS. Mr. Andrabi is responsible for overseeing and driving technological development and innovation. Mr. Andrabi has worked as a lead software engineer supporting corporate finance teams for a Fortune 500 company. He holds a BA in Computer Science from Occidental College. He is an avid fan of FC Barcelona.

Henry Brooke is Chief Operating Officer of PASS Analytics. Mr. Brooke is responsible for overseeing operational and strategic alignment across all core facets of PASS’ business. Mr. Brooke has experience working in financial services, serving as a Banking and Private Equity Consultant, as well as a Banking & PE sales specialist, working with leading firms across North America. Mr. Brooke is a lifelong Arsenal supporter.

James Henderson is Chief Strategy Officer of PASS Analytics. Mr. Henderson brings a data driven approach to drive competitive advantages and key growth initiatives. A Harvard University alumnus, he has worked as a strategy consultant with particular emphasis on buy-side investment due diligence, advising leading global firms on deals in excess of 250 million USD. Mr. Henderson enjoys watching the Bundesliga.
